Seven ways to make Pinterest actually work for your store.

Some stores need a foundation. Some need someone to run the whole thing. Some just need the plan and a team to execute it. Pick the one that matches where you are - or let me tell you on a call.

Every service is built for European Shopify stores and measured by the same number: outbound clicks to your store.

Pinterest Set Up

Your Pinterest foundation, built properly - before a single pin goes live.

A new business account, or a full restructure of one that already exists. You get a minimum of 10 boards built specifically for your business, existing pins sorted into the right boards, and anything that does not belong archived.

You also get a full keyword bank for your niche, suggestions for new boards as your catalogue grows, and a practical guide to actually using Pinterest for your business day to day - so the account keeps making sense long after the setup itself is finished.

Best for: Stores starting from zero, or ones sitting on a messy account that has never worked.

Monthly Management

You run your store. I run your Pinterest.

The full monthly operation, scoped around how many product and collection URLs we plan for - not a fixed pin count. Each URL gets pins planned 3-6 months ahead, mixing static designs and video, so the account keeps compounding instead of stalling.

Pricing is based on the number of URLs planned each month, not on pins - pin volume naturally varies because we plan several months ahead at once. Static pin design and the planning tool are both included in the price. We also turn existing Reels and TikToks into pins: one client's ex-Reel that went nowhere on Instagram is still bringing in traffic as a pin, three years later. A Pinterest Set Up is required before Monthly Management starts, and spots are limited each month.

"Gintare and her team work fast, carefully, and reliably. I always feel my account is properly taken care of - even when we cannot meet to talk things through, nothing stops."

- Ausra, Liumy Albums

Best for: Stores that want Pinterest to be a real channel without adding it to their own to-do list.

Results depend heavily on the product photos and videos you are able to provide.

Pinterest Ads

Full-funnel campaigns built on a clean tracking foundation.

Pinterest Ads work differently from Meta. Intent is higher, competition is lower, and the creative rules are not the same. Campaigns are built full-funnel and optimised against outbound clicks and ROAS - not vanity reach.

Best for: Stores with proven products and budget to scale beyond organic reach.

Content Strategy For Pinterest

Blog content built around your products - so Pinterest, Google and AI search all have something worth finding.

Blog post ideas created specifically for your brand and core products - comparisons, reviews and guides - based on real content gaps found online. It is a boost not just for Pinterest, but for Google and AI search results too.

Posts are written in your brand voice, about your actual products, so all that is left is a light final edit on your side before publishing. You can get just the plan - a full outline your team can write from - or fully written, ready-to-publish blog posts.

Best for: Stores that want strong blog content but do not have the time or an in-house writer to produce it.

Talk about this
What is included
  • Content gap research - what is missing in your niche online
  • Blog post ideas mapped to your core products
  • Comparison, review and guide post concepts
  • Written in your brand voice, about your products
  • Choice of outline-only or fully written posts
  • SEO keyword structure for each post
  • Written strategy document and walkthrough call

Catalog Management

Your products, findable and shoppable on Pinterest.

Most Shopify stores install the Pinterest app, see a green tick, and assume it is done. Then half the catalogue never syncs, product groups do not exist, and shoppable pins quietly underperform. This is the layer almost everyone skips.

By default, Shopify assigns your catalogue to a single country based on your store address - which means the rest of Europe never sees it. Where it makes sense, we expand your catalogue to additional target countries so more of your market can actually find your products.

Best for: Stores with a large or frequently changing SKU list whose products are not showing up.

Talk about this
What is included
  • Shopify product feed setup and configuration
  • Catalogue sync troubleshooting
  • Catalogue expansion to additional target countries
  • Product group creation and structure
  • Shoppable pin activation
  • Product tagging strategy
  • Ongoing feed health monitoring

Pinterest - Instagram Integration Management

Your Instagram content already exists. Make it work for more than 48 hours.

You are producing content every week and it disappears almost immediately. Connecting Instagram to Pinterest properly - not just switching on auto-publish - turns that same content into search results that keep working for years.

Every adapted pin gets a proper description, is assigned to the right board, and has products tagged on it. Reformatting the actual creative (ratio, cropping) is not part of this service - it works with the content as you already produce it.

Kitchen device brand - organic results 30 days after integration setup.

Best for: Stores already creating Instagram content that dies after two days.

What is included
  • Instagram and Pinterest account connection
  • Content adaptation into Pinterest-native pins
  • Pin descriptions written and optimised
  • Board assignment for every adapted pin
  • Product tagging on pins
  • Cross-platform keyword alignment

  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment

Pin Design

Visuals built for how people actually scan Pinterest.

A beautiful product photo is not automatically a good pin. Pinterest creative has its own rules - ratio, text hierarchy, contrast, and how much can be read at thumbnail size. These are designed for the platform, in your brand.

Best for: Stores with good product photography but no Pinterest-native creative.

What is included
  • Static pin design in your brand
  • Video pin adaptation
  • Seasonal creative sets
  • A/B test variants
  • Text overlay and hierarchy
  • Template pack for your team (optional)

How working together actually goes.

No onboarding maze, no six-week discovery phase. The point is to get your account earning clicks, not to make the process look impressive.

01

Discovery call

30 minutes. You show me the account and the store, I tell you what I see - including if Pinterest is the wrong channel for you.

02

Audit and proposal

A written look at what exists, what is broken and what the opportunity actually is. Fixed scope, fixed price, no obligation.

03

Foundation

Keywords, structure, tracking and catalogue. Nothing gets published until the base is solid.

04

Execution

Pins, campaigns, or whatever the scope covers - running on a consistent monthly rhythm.

05

Reporting

A monthly report in plain language, built around outbound clicks. No dashboards you have to decode.

Questions before you book.

The things every store owner asks before committing to a Pinterest service - answered without the sales varnish.

Almost everyone starts with a free discovery call, because the honest answer depends on what already exists. If you have no Pinterest presence, it is Set Up. If you have an account that has never performed, it is usually Set Up followed by Monthly Management. If you already produce Instagram content, the integration service often gives the fastest return for the smallest effort.

Set Up, Content Strategy and Pin Design are one-off projects. Monthly Management, Pinterest Ads, Catalog Management and Integration Management are ongoing, because Pinterest rewards consistency - a single month tells you very little. There is no multi-year lock-in, but three months is the realistic minimum before judging results.

Yes, and most stores do. The common combinations are Set Up plus Monthly Management, or Monthly Management plus Pinterest Ads. Catalog Management is often bundled with anything involving a product feed. We will map the right combination on the call rather than selling you everything.

Shopify is the focus, because that is where the catalogue integration and tracking setup work best and where I can be genuinely useful rather than generically helpful. Other platforms are possible for organic work, but the technical services are built around Shopify.

Pricing depends on catalogue size, market count and how much already exists in the account, so quoting a number before seeing your setup would be dishonest. You get a fixed proposal after the discovery call, with no obligation attached to it.

Then I will say so on the call. Pinterest does not suit every product or every margin structure, and taking on a store I cannot help is bad for both of us. You will leave that conversation knowing either what to do next or that your budget belongs somewhere else.
